Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Admin to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is essential in supporting onboarding processes, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into company systems. Responsibilities:
  • Manage staffing reports to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of team members.
  • Oversee administrative processes to ensure new hires are properly set up in all required systems.
  • Monitor training sessions and compile established reports to track progress and outcomes.
  • Edit and update existing training materials to reflect current standards and policies.
  • Input and manage employee data into organizational systems with precision.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports related to training activities and personnel records.
  • Coordinate with team members to address onboarding and training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols during the onboarding and training processes.
  • Provide clear documentation and communication related to training schedules and updates. Requirements
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems to manage and track training activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with orientation processes and procedures for new employees.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and new employees.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
