Staff Assistant Franciscan Health - 3.4 Greenwood, IN Job Details Part-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Clerical experience Full Job Description Greenwood 747 E County Line Rd 747 E County Line Rd Greenwood, Indiana 46143 The Staff Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the program office. This position performs a variety of clerical duties with a focus on supporting the HR department including inputting new hires, coordinating new hire paperwork and scheduling new hire labs, physicals, and orientations. This position also completes or supports the delivery of special projects as required.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Schedule:
PRN, hours are not guaranteed and you would be scheduled based on clinic needs This position will be working at different locations in Marion, Morgan, Johnson, and Hamilton county. Act as the receptionist for the department, answering telephone inquiries, recording and delivering messages as well as greeting and directing visitors. Assist with special projects as directed. Coordinate the criminal history process, including collecting the necessary information from candidates to initiate the process, communicating the results of the checks and documenting in appropriate files. Coordinate W-4 information with the appropriate states, supporting compliance efforts with Federal Welfare reform. Input new hires into the HRIS and Talent Management Systems, coordinate new hire paperwork, schedule new hire labs, physicals, and orientations as well as coordinate ID badges as assigned. Monitor bonus-pay-outs; notify payroll to ensure appropriate amount and timing of payouts. Prepare new hire folders and records. File documents in accordance with established filing systems in a timely manner. Transfer files between departments following as required. Receive mail, sort and distribute to appropriate individual or department. Review job bids and schedules interviews, including coordinating with candidates, booking meeting rooms and preparing interview materials
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED required 2 year of business office experience required
