7-4pm, onsite Mon-Thurs and offsite Friday's We are seeking a hands-on Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring of production and hourly workforce employees in a manufacturing environment. This role is highly operational and community-facing, responsible for executing local recruiting strategies, coordinating hiring events, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. This individual will be "boots on the ground," actively engaging with local resources, job seekers, and staffing partners while managing day-to-day communication with temporary staffing agencies to meet workforce demands. What the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for: Local Recruiting & Community Engagement Coordinate and attend job fairs, hiring events, and on-site recruiting initiatives Build relationships with local workforce development organizations, community groups, schools, and job centers Post and promote open roles across local job boards, community outlets, and relevant platforms Identify creative ways to attract production talent within the local market Represent the company professionally in all community-facing interactions High-Volume Production Hiring Support Support recruiting efforts for production, warehouse, and other hourly roles Screen candidates for basic qualifications, availability, and alignment with job requirements Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding logistics Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs Staffing Agency Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for temporary staffing agencies Communicate hiring needs, including headcount, shift requirements, and timelines Track candidate submissions, interview status, screenings, and onboarding progress Monitor attendance, performance feedback, and assignment status of temporary workers Coordinate assignment end dates, extensions, and conversions as needed Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, hiring progress, and agency performance Provide regular updates on hiring status, pipeline activity, and challenges Identify gaps in recruiting efforts and recommend adjustments What experience we are seeking: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, or high-volume hiring Experience hiring for manufacturing, production, warehouse, or hourly roles preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment with shifting hiring needs Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with candidates, agencies, and internal teams Proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused approach Work Environment On-site role within a manufacturing setting Regular travel to local job fairs, community events, and recruiting initiatives Requires a hands-on presence to support workforce needs in real time What Success Looks Like Consistent pipeline of qualified production candidates Strong relationships with local talent sources and staffing partners Timely fulfillment of hiring needs across shifts and departments Clear communication and coordination with agencies and internal stakeholders Benefits for WorkDynamX Employees on
Assignment:
Temporary employees on assignment through WorkDynamX may be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical coverage with the option to enroll in enhanced plans after a waiting period.
