This person will support the HR Manager and department leaders with day-to-day recruiting and administrative needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work autonomously, jump in quickly, and keep things moving. What you'll do: Support recruiting efforts for current open positions Review resumes and applications against established criteria Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule phone and in-person interviews Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates Assemble onboarding and new hire materials Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments as needed What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail and follow-through Clear communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Prior administrative or HR support experience preferred

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday, 25 hours/week (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) $20.00/hour
