S_176734 We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for our office in Southport, IN.
M-F 8am-5pm $18-21/HR This is a temporary-to-permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiting team with hiring and onboarding process including administrative tasks
- Answer phones in a professional manner by assisting callers and directing calls as necessary
- Assist applicants with application and onboarding process
- Assess incoming applications and resumes
- Screen potential applicants for available positions
- Complete drug screening and background checks for potential employees
- Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct orientations
- Maintain applicant and employee records via electronic system
- Build and develop positive relationships with Managers, Team Members, Employees, and Clients Working hours: 8:00 AM
