! Join the Woodlawn Health Team as a Temporary Scanning Tech! This will be a
TEMPORARY
position. Woodlawn is seeking an individual that is detail oriented, and computer savvy to help our team scan in documents for employee files.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma/GED or relevant experience is preferred Knowledge and ability to read, interpret and follow hospital and government rules and regulations relating to but not limited to safety, privacy, security, procedural manuals, and official guidelines. Demonstrate time management to ensure job is complete and accurate Demonstrate knowledge and skill in computerized data entry and retrieval systems. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality as defined by HIPAA and Hospital policies Good visual and aural acuity.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Prepare documents and charts for scanning, prepares document title sheets and places appropriately with documents and charts. Scans and indexes documents into employee files Our Mission is to provide excellent healthcare services by highly skilled staff in a compassionate and caring manner.
