Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Seymour, Indiana. In this contract position, you will drive high-volume recruitment efforts to support assembly and manufacturing roles. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing and assembly positions, ensuring timely and efficient staffing.
• Source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and community outreach programs.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate experience, and oversee pre-employment screenings.
• Lead onboarding activities and new employee orientation to ensure smooth transitions for incoming team members.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet ongoing staffing needs.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other modern recruiting tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and workforce regulations.
• Deliver a positive and attentive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
