Job Description

Onboarding Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to support a smooth, welcoming, and efficient onboarding experience for new team members. In this role, you will help coordinate the steps that introduce new hires to the organization, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and supported from offer acceptance through their early days on the job. Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across multiple departments. Communicate clearly with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition into the organization. Prepare and track onboarding paperwork, system access requests, and required documentation. Schedule orientation sessions, training, and introductory meetings as needed. Maintain accurate records related to onboarding progress, compliance items, and completion status. Serve as a point of contact for onboarding questions and provide timely, professional support. Partner with HR, IT, payroll, and other departments to help ensure all onboarding tasks are completed on time. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and enhance the new hire experience. Qualifications Previous experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with common business software and HR systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting employee onboarding or HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or onboarding software.
