Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Staffing Assistant / Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across various departments. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by sourcing skilled professionals through innovative recruiting strategies, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies across multiple channels, including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling initiatives. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating employment offers. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Conduct talent research and lead generation activities to identify high-potential candidates for technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal staffing needs. Screen resumes, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate interview schedules while maintaining detailed records Support onboarding activities including employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting for Manufacturing Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Ability to conduct thorough research, cold calling outreach, and relationship management with potential candidates. Experience in using social media management tools for recruiting. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
