MedEquip Assistant The MedEquip Assistant supports the daily operations of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) department by processing patient orders, verifying insurance benefits, coordinating authorizations, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal staff, helping ensure compliance with payer and applicable regulatory standards and requirements. Minimum Qualifications Previous medical office or administrative support experience preferred. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
