Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our dynamic human resources team. This pivotal role involves managing a broad spectrum of HR functions to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of human capital management, employment law, and HRIS systems, enabling them to streamline HR processes and foster a positive workplace environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Post job openings and manage applicant tracking Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring process while ensuring all steps of the hiring process are completed Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation Assist with employee relations matters and escalate concerns when appropriate Supports timekeeping accuracy and payroll related updates Track required training and certifications and coordinate all training and development programs Providing clerical support such as filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and correspondence Maintains employee personnel files in line with company policies and government regulations Assist with Benefit Enrollment Organize documents and implement policy and procedure Completing verifications of employment requests; verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining current employee files Leads all job fairs and recruiting events, including candidate engagement, tracking, and timely follow-up Coordinate safety and environmental activities, including training, compliance tracking and documentation. Plan and coordinate employee events as well as employee engagement Community involvement and outreach Coordinate community outreach activities, career fairs, school partnerships and volunteer events to support the company's brand Capture photos and content from company events and employee recognition activities for internal and external communications Create and post content that highlights employee events, community involvement, hiring initiatives, safety achievements, and company culture. Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics Review existing policies and procedures Adhere to all the rules and regulations Conduct risk assessment Ensure all employees are acting in adherence with the rules and regulations Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes Performs all duties in accordance with the EMS ISO 14001 and
IATF 16949
Environmental and Quality Procedures. Other duties as assigned Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in administrative tasks. Skilled in conflict management techniques and fostering positive employee relations within a fast-paced environment. MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATIONAL & TRAINING
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
MINIMUM LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience with timekeeping systems, UKG Ready a plus Familiarity with attendance policies and shift based workforce Exposure to safety programs or OSHA requirements Analytical skills to independently evaluate and develop innovative solutions to complex situations, applying knowledge of specialty area and planning for alternatives for unusual circumstances. Recognizes limitations and seeks advice/counsel in unforeseen instances. Written and verbal communication skills for varied interaction involving a wide range of subjects. Wide latitude for the manner in which communications are structured. Situations may be controversial or sensitive and may lead to confrontation.
