$17.00/hr (base), plus earned performance bonuses Role Overview Class C officers are experienced security professionals who can operate more autonomously and handle moderate to high public engagement while maintaining calm judgment. This role is designed for security officers who take feedback seriously, communicate clearly, and consistently de-escalate situations before they become hostile. You are expected to be early and ready Professional appearance and fitness are required. Command presence is part of the service Consistent, quality report writing. Reports must be detailed, factual, and timely Calm under pressure: you control your temper and de-escalate first You follow post orders exactly and communicate deviations immediately Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED Able to pass background check and drug screening Reliable transportation Meets at least one experience requirement: 2+ years military
