Job Description

Position Overview Gulf Management is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Covington-based team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates across the organization. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with strong communication and organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools and platforms Post job openings and optimize listings to attract qualified talent Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process Recruitment Strategy & Partnership Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Create and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection Operations & Administration Schedule interviews and manage recruiting logistics Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills High level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail About Gulf Management, Inc.
