Job Type:
Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant with accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, assist with accounting tasks, and maintain accurate employee and financial records. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required. Responsibilities Assist with employee onboarding and personnel file management Maintain HR records and confidential documents Support payroll processing and timekeeping functions Perform basic accounting duties including invoicing, data entry, and reconciliations Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documents using Microsoft Excel Answer phones, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support Assist with benefits administration and employee communications Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 1-3 years of administrative, HR, or accounting experience preferred Basic accounting knowledge required Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Preferred Skills Experience with payroll systems or HR software Knowledge of bookkeeping principles Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Health insurance options Retirement plan opportunities Professional development opportunities
