Holly Ridge, LA Summary:
The HR Onboarding Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs with a focus on technical, field-based, and data center professionals. Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs for corporate, technical, and field-based employees. Develop role-based onboarding tracks for data center technicians, network engineers, field service technicians, and infrastructure deployment teams. Ensure onboarding aligns with company service delivery standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Coordinate onboarding requirements including:
Site access and security credentials; Safety and compliance training; Data center protocols; Customer-specific onboarding requirements
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in HR onboarding, including designing and managing end-to-end HR onboarding programs. Experience supporting high volume staff in industries such as construction or skilled trades (telecom field technicians preferred). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience with Oracle or related HRIS/ onboarding platforms. Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience in IT services, infrastructure, or technology environments. Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Workday, or Salesforce. Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
