Responsibilities:
Process multi-company payroll Coordinate onboarding & terminations Maintain HR records and compliance Assist with benefits administration Support Executive Manager (scheduling, reporting, operations)
Requirements:
1-3 years HR, payroll, or admin experience Advance computer skills & mircosoft programs College degree preferred Strong organization & multitasking skills Experience with HR/payroll systems preferred High level of confidentiality and professionalism ✅ Must be knowledgeable in AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and HR operations ✅ Multi-entity experience is a plus ✅ Healthcare/wellness experience preferred
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
