Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll/HR Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Process and run payroll on a weekly and monthly basis Ensure accuracy and compliance with all payroll regulations Handle benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits Assist with HR tasks as needed, such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews Stay up-to-date on payroll and HR regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in payroll or HR administration Proficiency with payroll software and systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
