The Bilingual Human Capital Coordinator assists with recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, employee relations and special projects. This position conducts phone screens, interviews, new hire orientations, maintains personnel and department files. The Bilingual Human Capital Coordinator provides backup assistance to the Human Capital Business Partner. Hourly Full-time Monday -

Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Where you'll be working: Our Hull, IA, plant is home to about 164 employees. This facility produces various types of cheese, including parmesan, romano, asiago, gouda, muenster, mozzarella, colby jack, colby, cheddar, reduced fat cheeses, as well as whey products. Agropur's US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year.
