Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living Our Human Resources Coordinator is beginning an exciting new chapter in retirement, and we're looking for a talented professional who's ready to begin their own journey with us. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in our high-volume HR department, serving as the backbone of day-to-day operations and leading essential administrative processes. This is a highly visible position that works closely with leadership, employees, and external candidates, so strong communication and collaboration are key. Success in this role comes from being genuinely engaging, detail-oriented, and well organized, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in every interaction. Strong computer skills—and an interest in learning, managing, and troubleshooting systems—are essential, as this role supports several HR platforms and processes. This is a 100% on-site role based in Peabody, MA, with no options for remote or hybrid work. What we offerCompensation:

How you will make an impact Act as point of contact for employees visiting the HR office and provide a high level of customer excellence. Process new hire paperwork, coordinate required medical testing, input background checks to appropriate agencies, and ensure compliance with government and organization recordkeeping requirements. Provides continued support to the candidate throughout the hiring process. Conduct regular audits of employee files, benefit enrollment, Form I-9s, employee TPS status and other HR programs and take corrective action. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files. Uses E-Verify to ensure compliance with Form I-9 process. Enter and maintain documents in appropriate employee files ensuring the HR team is always audit ready. Maintains up to date knowledge on all benefits offerings, new policies, and policy updates. Provide consultative end-user transaction processing guidance in systems such as Workday and UKG. Schedule and conduct new hire orientation. Collaborate with other departments to schedule new hires training. Actively participates in the Employee Relations Committee, planning and organization of companywide events. Performs other duties as assigned. What you will need Minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience or equivalent education Experience with an HRIS program, Workday preferred Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
