Administrative Assistant /
HR Support Pay Rate:
$25-$30/hr.
Location:
Near Shrewsbury, MA Duration:
Temp-to-Perm Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | Approximately 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Hours:
20 hours per week Schedule offers flexibility and will be finalized between the hiring manager and selected candidate.

Opportunity has potential for permanent conversion Position Overview Seeking an Administrative Assistant with HR support experience to assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes. This role will help support various administrative and HR functions while ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and offboarding activities Maintain and update HRIS records and employee data Manage personnel file organization and maintenance Assist with payroll processing and administration Support benefits administration tasks Prepare reports and maintain documentation Respond to employee questions related to HR programs and policies Provide administrative support to HR leadership and team members as needed Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role Previous experience processing payroll and utilizing HRIS systems Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee and HR information General understanding of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Quick learner with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook #CNX100
Pay:
$24.50 - $29.50 per hour
