About the Role Masters Academy International (MAI) is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide vital operational and administrative support for our expanding faculty and coaching staff. This role manages the critical intersection of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring all personnel systems operate with consistency and strict adherence to safeguarding standards. This position offers the opportunity to drive professional excellence within a fast-paced, high-performance educational environment where performance and purpose meet. What You Will Do Masters Academy International (MAI) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator that will manage the essential day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, supporting a high-performance team of faculty and coaches. Beyond hiring, you will oversee the onboarding and integration of new staff, maintain robust employee records, and ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and safeguarding standards. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in an educational or high-performance setting.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in administrative coordination, data management, and candidate relations.
- Strong understanding of modern HRIS platforms, employment laws, and safeguarding protocols.
