Job Description
The Resident On-Boarding Coordinator will also serve as an ambassador to the sales process by elevating the campus reputation with contributions to events, social media posts, community representation, and the online review process. In doing so, the Resident On-Boarding Coordinator will cultivate positive and informative relationships with the residents, their loved ones, all campus leaders - dining, engagement, clinical, health & wellness, and maintenance as well as the community at large.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing of new resident paperwork according to line-of-service and state (where applicable) standards
- Ordering and providing new resident with keys, FOBs, name tag and resident handbook
- Coordinating with maintenance to ensure the new resident apartment is move-in ready
- Completing final apartment inspection
- Coordinating move-in logistics with resident and maintenance
- Executing all elements of new resident welcome (signage, email, gift, and social media - as permitted)
- Meeting new resident on move-in day, reviews 30-day onboarding plan including: o Review of resident handbook o Review of fire/safety program o Providing building tour and covering logistics (mail room, package drop box, trash, etc.) o Introduction to new resident ambassadors o Encouraging/ensuring participation in activities o Coordinating fellowship for dining
- Evaluating resident assimilation and satisfaction with 90-day survey
- Partnering with Sales & Marketing Director in execution of on-campus events
- Partnering with Sales & Marketing Director in representing the campus and SALMON at community events
- Encouraging residents and family members to conduct on-line reviews
- Assisting Sales & Marketing Director to ensure data integrity of
CRM/Yardi Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service/hospitality/sales & marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications
- Must be a detail-oriented "people" person
- Comfortable working with senior citizens
- Ability to inspire others
- Strong public speaking skills
- A willingness to embrace our legacy to "do more" for our residents and your colleagues.
