Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Human Resources Assistant to support our Site Manager at our co-located Mercedes and Amports facility. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a robust background in recruiting, exceptional tech savvy, and the confidence to manage daily HR operations autonomously. You will be the primary point of contact for welcoming new hires, requiring you to be on-site and ready to conduct engaging orientations starting promptly at 7:30 AM.

Qualifications & Skills Recruiting Expertise:
Proven experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting, with an ability to identify and secure quality candidates.Advanced Tech & Excel Skills:
Highly tech-savvy with proficient, independent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You must be able to navigate formulas, data organization, and reporting without guidance.Communication & Presentation:
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups to deliver clear, welcoming, and informative orientations.Autonomy & Reliability:
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, stay organized, and execute tasks proactively in a fast-paced environment.Requirements TWIC Certification:
Must possess or be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).Early Schedule:
Mandatory on-site availability by 7:30 AM to facilitate morning orientations.On-Site Presence:
