Job Description
HR Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Human Resources Assistant to support our Site Manager at our co-located Mercedes and Amports facility. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a robust background in recruiting, exceptional tech savvy, and the confidence to manage daily HR operations autonomously. You will be the primary point of contact for welcoming new hires, requiring you to be on-site and ready to conduct engaging orientations starting promptly at 7:30 AM. Qualifications & Skills

Recruiting Expertise:
Proven experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting, with an ability to identify and secure quality candidates.Advanced Tech & Excel Skills:
Highly tech-savvy with proficient, independent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You must be able to navigate formulas, data organization, and reporting without guidance.Communication & Presentation:
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups to deliver clear, welcoming, and informative orientations.Autonomy & Reliability:
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, stay organized, and execute tasks proactively in a fast-paced environment.Requirements
TWIC Certification:
Must possess or be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).Early Schedule:
Mandatory on-site availability by 7:30 AM to facilitate morning orientations.On-Site Presence:
This is a fully on-site role supporting the local Mercedes and Amports operations.salary:

Drive the full-cycle recruiting process to source, screen, and hire top talent for the site.Onboarding & Orientations:
Lead comprehensive new hire orientations. Must be on-site and prepared to facilitate the Amports orientation promptly at 7:30 AM.Autonomous HR Support:
Act as the right hand to the Site Manager, independently managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, employee inquiries, and site-level HR coordination.Data Management & Reporting:
Utilize Excel and other HR software to track applicant flow, maintain employee records, and generate reports.Self-Management:
Take ownership of daily workflows, prioritize tasks effectively, and troubleshoot basic HR or tech issues without the need for constant supervision.Skills
