A financial services firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Bethesda, Maryland.

About The Job:

Maintain candidate data and reporting in the ATS, including weekly status updates Update offer letter templates and administer background checks Support new hire process (offer packages, announcements, onboarding, orientations) Maintain job descriptions and assist with assessment coordination Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate travel, and follow-up communications Support internship program coordination and university outreach Process invoices (expenses, testing, job boards) Assist HR team with employee files, documentation, reporting, and HR programs Provide general administrative support and assist with additional HR projects

About You:

Bachelor's degree required 1+ year of professional office experience with HR/recruiting exposure Experience with

ATS/HRIS

preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service mindset Proficiency in

Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams About The Position:
