NoneESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is full performance level professional work whereby incumbents perform a variety of assignments in the areas of (1) community liaison/development/advocacy Provides research and report writing assistance in the development of comprehensive plans in support of local, state or federal community development functions. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations or their group representatives as well as with representatives of social service agencies operating related programs. Ability to collect and summarize, analyze and interpret a variety of program related data. Preparing reports. Visiting clients at assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Updating case file information. Any work assigned by agency as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Two (2) years of working experience in Human Resources working with compensation and classification for employees. May travel to sites (valid driver's license required). Depending upon area of assignment, a valid driver's license in accordance with both State and Commission rules and regulations. Driver's license must be unencumbered by restrictions, revocations, suspensions, or points that could limit the employee's ability to drive Commission vehicles or perform driving duties required by the position of assignment. Effectively communicate in writing and orally, including making oral presentations at meetings. Important Skills and Characteristics Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening. Ability to communicate technical information to fellow team members, and non-technical staff. Collaborative with a strong work ethic, a cooperative spirit, and creative thinking. Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related fieldPHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Must have the use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public using the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls and may carry equipment and supplies up to 49 pounds. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. No significant climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
