About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing HR operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, including onboarding, employee records management, compliance tracking, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with professionalism and care. What You'll Do HR Operations & Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and field operations teams Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready employee records Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and processes Escalate employee relations concerns or documentation issues as appropriate Onboarding & Employee Records Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation (I-9, W-4, direct deposit) Ensure I-9 compliance (Section 1 on Day 1, Section 2 within 3 business days) Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items Maintain personnel files in accordance with recordkeeping requirements Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information HRIS Data & Compliance Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS/payroll systems (Paycor preferred) Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with audits, inspections, and internal reviews Escalate missing documentation or compliance concerns Timekeeping & Payroll Support Assist with timecard review and identify discrepancies Support payroll processing by verifying and correcting employee data Partner with HR and Payroll to resolve issues impacting payroll accuracy Recruiting & Hiring Support Post job openings and coordinate candidate scheduling Maintain accurate applicant tracking records in ATS systems Support hiring and onboarding tracking Reporting & Process Improvement Track key HR metrics (e.g., onboarding timelines, document completion rates) Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and reports Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycor preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to effectively support a diverse workforce Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and professional growth of our employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings program through Maryland Saves Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave Predictable work schedules to support work-life balance Free on-site parking Opportunities for career growth and advancement On-the-job training and development Professional development support, including opportunities to pursue certifications Work Environment Primarily office-based with occasional travel to field locations Fast-paced environment with changing priorities Ability to sit or stand for extended periods May require overtime or extended hours based on business needs Equal Opportunity Employer Capital Prosperity Group (CPG) , including its operating companies Workbridge and Positive Pressure , are equal opportunity employers.
