Every role at SBS contributes to delivering health-impacting services with precision and care. What You'll Do Front Office Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk area Manage building access and enforce visitor protocols Office Operations Keep the staff breakroom, fridge, coffee station, and front areas clean and well-stocked Perform weekly fridge cleanouts and general breakroom maintenance Track and reorder office supplies, manage mail, and coordinate deliveries Administrative and HR Support Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, President, and Executive Senior Vice President. Assist with scheduling, meeting prep, calendar coordination, and file maintenance. Support onboarding tasks such as new hire packet prep, ID badge setup, and orientation logistics. Help with company communications, record-keeping, and compliance tasks Special Projects Participate in HR-related initiatives, company events, and internal process improvements. Complete additional administrative assignments as requested by leadership What You'll Learn This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a strong foundation in HR while working side-by-side with experienced professionals. You'll learn how HR supports recruitment, compliance, staff communications, onboarding, and culture-building.
