Job Description

Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant is the first point of contact for employees entering the HR department, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate HR team member. Provides ongoing administrative and program support to the HR department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist employees with HR-related questions and processes including SuccessFactors support, and general HR inquiries Maintain electronic records and spreadsheets including employee files, performance ratings, and other data Data entry and reporting utilizing the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and ERP (SAP) systems Process PO requisitions and invoices for HR expenses Prepare expense reports in Concur system Assist with new employee onboarding process, including orientation preparation, set-up, badge photos and new employee packets Copying/faxing/scanning as needed Provide administrative support to HR Director, HRBP, Payroll & Benefits Supervisor, Training & Development Specialist, and Recruiters as needed Assist with planning and coordination of company sponsored events on and off site
Qualifications:
2+ years administrative experience in an HR setting preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint HRIS experience preferred Must have good interpersonal skills, dealing with all levels of employees Confidentiality and dependability a must
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment in a manufacturing plant. At times, employee may be required to meet with managers or employees on the shop floor. Will also be required to attend/support offsite activities such as company picnics, etc.
Hourly Rate:
$24/hour
