As the largest exterior cleaning brand in our region, we are growing and looking for a highly organized, motivated Office Assistant to support daily operations and grow within our company. This is not an entry-level position, we're looking for someone who wants long-term opportunity and the ability to take on increasing responsibility over time.

What You'll Do:

Support daily office operations and assist field staff Handle incoming customer calls, scheduling, and invoicing Manage internal communications, documentation, and office systems Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling software Assist with payroll processing and administrative tasks Take ownership of projects as responsibilities expand

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills Professional phone presence and customer service mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new systems and software Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability Interested in long-term growth within the company

Compensation:

$19-$23 per hour Pay based on experience and skills.
