Build Relationships:
Forge strong connections with potential Care Professionals.Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent. Book and attend local job fairs.Brand Ambassador:
Represent Home Instead's values and standards in every interaction with potential and current caregivers.Care Professional Retention:
Track turnover rates, Care Professional recognition, perform exit interviews, identify trends and work with management to address issues.Creativity:
Managing and maintaining social media pages.Organization:
Maintain onboarding documents, process background checks, and schedule orientation training dates. What You Need toSucceed:
A background with two years or more experience of recruiting . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organization, and professionalism Experience with Outlook, Canva, Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Proficiency in recruitment tools and software such as Indeed and Applicant Stack is a plus. Benefits include 401K and the 4% match after 12 months, 2 weeks paid vacation after one year, 6 paid holidays, and 5 sick days. Candidate must work efficiently while being independent.Pay:
