Join our Human Resources team as the Front Desk Administrative Assistant and serve as an ambassador for Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids. In this role, you will be the first friendly face visitors, participants, employees, and community members encounter, whether in person or by phone. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, gain hands-on experience, and grow your career while providing vital administrative support. Here is what you will do: Greet and assist all visitors, participants, employees, and members of the community in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, serving as the welcoming face of Goodwill. Be self-motivated and resourceful, takes initiative to identify challenges and solve problems. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals and/or voicemail boxes, ensuring all information shared is current and accurate. Support the Human Resources function as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager. Handle confidential information, both spoken and written, with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, with a genuine ability to understand, respect, and work alongside individuals with disabilities and/or other barriers to employment.

Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills Takes initiative, works independently, and approaches challenges with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset Experienced with Microsoft Suite (Edge, Outlook, Word, Excel, CoPilot) High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of administrative experience
