Full-time Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks, including onboarding, recruitment support, employee documentation, investigations, payroll assistance, reporting, and engagement efforts. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in HR.
Responsibilities:
Run Orientations Send offer letters and assist with onboarding new hires Guide new hires through the online benefits enrollment portal Post job openings and assist with the recruiting process Manage recruiting boards, including Indeed and other job platforms Assist with exit interviews and employee surveys Support employee investigations by organizing documentation and maintaining accurate files Attend staffing meetings and provide HR-related updates Scan and upload employee documents into the HR system Print and organize employee folders and maintain accurate filing systems Support HR audits and overall file maintenance Assist with payroll learning and processing tasks as assigned Use and maintain knowledge of UKG Ready for HR functions and data entry Provide daily reports to the HR Director Work with the Staffing Coordinator to maintain employee flow, track recruiting activity, and support scheduling needs Have working knowledge of Excel formats, formulas, and reporting tools Assist with employee appreciation events and engagement activities Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience Strong organization and attention to detail Good communication and computer skills Proficiency with Excel is preferred Ability to handle confidential information professionally
