This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role focused on keeping our daily HR operations accurate, organized, and on time. You will handle the paperwork, files, onboarding details, and timekeeping records that keep everything running smoothly. This is a task-driven role, not a strategy role. We need a true do-er who enjoys checking things off a list, following established processes, and getting the details right the first time. What You'll Do Ensure HR forms, acknowledgements, and documents are complete and filed on time. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR documentation. Support job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Prepare offer letters, new hire packets, and onboarding materials; follow up on missing items. Assist with timecard review, attendance tracking, and payroll-related administrative tasks. Gather and verify payroll changes, PTO, deductions, and attendance documentation. Help prepare for annual open enrollment. Provide daily administrative support to HR (copying, scanning, filing). Serve as a professional, service-minded resource to employees, managers, and applicants. Who You Are You're a dependable do-er who follows through without reminders and works well within clear expectations. Specifically, you are: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Trusted to complete tasks accurately and on time. Comfortable taking direction and working within defined boundaries. Even-tempered in a busy, sometimes stressful environment. Flexible when priorities shift. Discreet with confidential information. A clear, professional communicator with a service mindset. What You'll Bring High school diploma required; Associate's degree or HR/Business coursework a plus. 2+ years of administrative, office, payroll, HR, or coordination experience. Experience handling confidential information. Experience reviewing timekeeping records in an HRIS; ADP Workforce Now preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Track record of accuracy and follow-through in a fast-paced setting.
