In this vital role, you will oversee a broad spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes across the organization. Your energetic approach will drive efficient talent management, employee relations, and administrative excellence, supporting our mission to foster a positive and productive workplace environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage human capital management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing using platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Coordinate workforce management efforts utilizing tools like Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection and scheduling efficiency. Support organizational design initiatives including change management projects, succession planning, and strategic planning efforts. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management techniques while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Skills Extensive knowledge of human resources management practices including talent management and HR sourcing strategies. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Taleo, iCIMS or similar platforms for data entry and reporting. Strong understanding of employment laws related to labor standards, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage social media for employer branding purposes. Project management expertise with experience in organization design and implementing HR initiatives using tools like Salesforce or Lever. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while demonstrating exceptional organizational skills in administrative tasks. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Taleo or iCIMS for sourcing top candidates efficiently.
