About Us:
Rise Children's Center is a fast-growing ABA clinic dedicated to helping children thrive. We value a supportive, organized workplace where staff feel heard, empowered, and motivated.
The Role:
We're seeking a Human Resources Coordinator / Office Manager responsible for supporting the daily operations of the center, including staff scheduling, managing attendance, coordinating hiring and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. This role helps support staff communication, organization, and overall clinic operations.
What You'll Do:
Manage daily office operations and ensure the center runs smoothly Coordinate staff schedules and assist with coverage when needed Track employee attendance and maintain point/attendance records Post job openings, review applicants, and schedule interviews Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files Communicate schedule updates and important information to staff Order and manage office and clinic supplies Support leadership with general administrative and HR-related tasks Be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, and HR support. Handle employee relations, complaints, coaching, and documentation. Manage payroll, garnishments, and benefits in partnership with ADP and insurance providers.
Who You Are:
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Strong communicator who is comfortable working with staff and leadership Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented Comfortable managing schedules and coordinating with a team Detail-oriented with strong administrative and computer skills Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information Previous office management, administrative, or HR support experience preferred
