Marriott Minneapolis Northwest - Human Resource Administrator Aimbridge Hospitality - 2.9 Brooklyn Park, MN Job Details $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Research High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The HR Admin job entails providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development. This individual supports the HR department/functions and hotel leadership in providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and Associates at their respective location (hotel specific).
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent is required with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources field preferred. Fair knowledge of techniques of interviewing, selecting and recruiting applicants for employment. Able to motivate individuals in achieving goals and objectives. Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes. Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work. Ability to speak, write and read the English language. Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department. Relevant computer software and hardware applications knowledge.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations depending on findings. May enter data into the the HR system of record for maintaining accurate records. Prepares reports and presentation materials. Receives and responds to correspondence. Receives and directs visitors. Schedules meetings, and performs other duties as assigned. Dealing with incoming calls, post, email, and faxes, and taking minutes and dictation in meetings. Providing orientation and training for new staff, conducting research on internet, operating, and troubleshooting new office technologies. Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
