We are currently hiring an HR Generalist for our largest U.S printed circuit board facility located in Minnetonka, MN. If you are a hands-on problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment and in helping to implement sustainable process solutions that support some of the most demanding applications in the world, this opportunity could be for you.
Job Duties:
Process payroll for non-exempt employees Compile monthly benefit billing information for the finance department Report/track hourly employee attendance Administer benefits Utilize insurance provider website to submit workers compensation claims and accident reports Maintain and post accident report for the plant (OSHA 300) Complete all new hire orientations Maintain employee files Complete annual reports, such as: Affirmative Action, EEO-1, Vets 4212 Reporting, etc. Perform investigations for employee relations issues Assist with events (Company picnic, Open Enrollment, Holiday buffet) Manage all stages of the recruiting process, including: job advertisments, phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews, creating/presenting the offer, and set-up pre-employment screenings. Create/maintain various HRIS Reports Enter training into the training database
COBRA, FMLA, STD
paperwork Assist with switchboard/Receptionist duties when needed
Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources or similar administrative field required Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred Ability to multi-task Attention to detail Willingness to train and learn new tasks Advanced skills with Microsoft programs especially Excel Experience working in ADP WorkforceNow Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen upon offer of employment Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) all employees are required to be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Upon offer of employment, applicants will be required to present documentation for ITAR.
