In-Person at our Waite Park Office (411 3rd St N, Waite Park, MN 56387) Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) has a rewarding opportunity to serve as a HR Coordinator within our HR Department. The HR Coordinator supports and facilitates human resource processes for all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
Description of Responsibilities:
Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

Perform on-boarding and new hire/intern orientation.

Complete, verify documentation and maintain I-9 forms.

Complete DHS Background studies and motor vehicle checks on accepted contingent offer applicants. Complete annual motor vehicle checks for all affected employees. Input new hire data into HRIS.Complete licensure checks at new hire and ensure updated licenses are received as needed.

Ensure annual compliance check is completed for National Provider Data Bank (NPDB).Create orientation packets for interns and new employees.

Prepare and maintain employee personnel files; ensuring files are up to date, and meet compliance standards.

Manage and respond to workers compensation claims, input information into workers compensation insurance carrier.

Maintain OSHA logs throughout the year and completes annual OSHA reporting in compliance with requirements.
