Job Description

HR Intern - Document Organization & Storage Dessert Holdings is the leading premium dessert company in the world. We craft artisanal, scratch-made desserts at scale, combining culinary innovation with the finest real ingredients. With a rich heritage spanning seven distinctive brands, we bring unmatched expertise and tailored solutions to our Retail and Foodservice partners. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support an 8 to 10-week onsite project in St. Paul, MN focused on organizing, standardizing, and securing HR documents within SharePoint. This initiative will enhance document accessibility, strengthen data protection, and help identify future documentation needs across the HR function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct an inventory of current HR document storage systems and file structures Design a standardized folder architecture for HR documents Classify documents based on sensitivity, confidentiality, and access requirements Recommend and implement appropriate security and permission controls Improve document naming conventions and version-control practices Assist with file cleanup and migration into the new SharePoint structure
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human resources, or other related field (completion of junior year preferred). Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); prior SharePoint experience is strongly preferred Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects About Dessert Holdings Dessert Holdings is a collection of premium dessert companies and brands: The Original Cakerie, Lawler's Desserts, Atlanta Cheesecake Company, Steven Charles, Dianne's Fine Desserts, Kenny's Great Pies, and Willamette Valley Pie Company.
