Job Title:
Human Resources•
Construction Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Some long days may be required) Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources and a knack for managing diverse responsibilities? We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our concrete & masonry construction business. Responsibilities:
Daily Manpower Scheduling with
Superintendents:
Collaborate with superintendents to create efficient schedules, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
Communication Management:
Handle the seamless exchange of emails, texts, and phone calls, fostering clear communication within the team.
Employee Interaction:
Engage with field employees and foremen, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive working environment.
Vacation/Leave Management:
Maintain accurate records of employee absences and days off, implementing company leave policies effectively.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
Assist employees with cell phones and tablets. Track and manage employee training records. Perform data entry tasks as needed to support HR operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources or a related field, preferably within the construction industry. Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using technology for communication and data management.
