POSITION SUMMARY
To assist employees and the company in general Human Resource functions; this may include benefits, policies & procedures, employee relations, staffing and training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS), Kawasaki Production System (KPS); federal, state and local laws and regulations and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA and HIPAA.
  • Provide general administrative support to employees and the HR department.
  • Process, record and maintain data including such information as employment data, benefits, personal information, staffing and training.
  • Compile and prepare documents and reports pertaining to personnel activities.
  • Assist in internal and external communication of Human Resource activities by creating and posting communication pieces using internal methods and through website(s), social media management and outside marketing sources.
  • Coordinate, schedule and assist with activities affecting benefits, employee relations, staffing or training.

Qualifications:
  • Must provide a current resume
Education/Experience:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Two years of position related experience preferred. For current employees you must meet the following:
  • Meet minimum qualifications stated on job description.
  • In current position and shift for 90 days.
  • Less than 3 instances for attendance.
  • No performance issues or written warnings for disciplinary actions within past 6 months.
