Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator Skilled Nursing Experience Required

We are searching for an HR/Payroll Coordinator experienced in employee engagement in the Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care industry to lead many of our company's employee engagement efforts and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have previous SNF experience, experience with payroll and processing bonuses, some knowledge of HR Practices-Workers Comp, FMLA, LOA etc., in addition to experience in employee engagement. Must have the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive the positive cultural expectations of the organization.
