We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and office operations. If you enjoy coordinating moving pieces, helping people succeed, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Recruiting & Candidate Experience Coordinate daily interview schedules, candidate check-ins, assessments, and interview room preparation. Track interview attendance, outcomes, and hiring activity. Collect hiring feedback from department leaders and update candidate records in the CRM. Prepare and send offer letters after approval. Communicate with new hires before their start date and provide onboarding information. Maintain and update job postings across hiring platforms to support applicant flow. Office Operations & Employee Support Maintain performance dashboards and provide operational reporting to leadership. Order and manage office and breakroom supplies through Amazon and other vendors. Keep common areas organized and stocked, including coffee, snacks, and supplies. Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, birthdays, anniversaries, and team celebrations. Set up new employee accounts in Google Workspace and other internal systems. Track attendance and maintain internal point-tracking records. Support weekly onboarding activities for new hires. Share sales performance updates, bonus announcements, and contest results. Assist with employee offboarding, including system access removal, company property collection, and documentation. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset. Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, and other business software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. Previous administrative, recruiting coordination, HR assistant, office assistant, or operations support experience preferred. Why HouseJet?
