Human Resources Assistant About Perimeter Behavioral Health Perimeter Behavioral Health is one of the leading behavioral healthcare providers in the country, serving children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Missouri is a residential treatment facility providing care to adolescents. Located in Waynesville, MO, Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri's goal is to provide a responsive healing environment for patients and to inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and compassion. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant for our Waynesville, MO location who is passionate about supporting mental health professionals and improving the lives of those with mental health challenges. This role combines healthcare HR expertise with a commitment to maintaining high standards in a behavioral health setting. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Documentation Maintain employee files in accordance with Joint Commission standards and federal/state regulations Monitor and update employee education and training records Support the identification and fulfillment of training requirements for the facility, including the assessment of competencies Recruitment & Onboarding Review applications, resumes, evaluate applicant skills Assist in hiring events Conduct new employee orientations Employee Relations & Development Track key metrics of progression towards projects Assist in developing communication and engagement strategies for Employee Engagement programs Administrative Management Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting and communicating with co-workers. Required Qualifications High School or Equivalent Prefer 1-3 years of related experience in administration, healthcare, or human resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with
UKG HRIS
