Job Description Job Summary:
Recruiting & Onboarding:
Manage job postings, review applications, conduct background/reference checks, and facilitate new-hire orientation.
Payroll & Benefits:
Process payroll, track PTO, manage missed punches, and answer employee benefit questions.
Compliance Tracking:
Ensure staff credentials/licensure and continuing education credits to meet state licensure requirements. Maintain health screening as required
Record Keeping:
Maintain confidential departmental personnel files in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Requirements:
Education:
High School diploma, Preferred 1 year experience Human Resources position or Business Administration.
Experience:
Prior administrative, payroll, or HR experience, ideally in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting.
Key Skills:
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with HR software and
