Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Conduct research on potential talent pools through social media management, HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and other sourcing channels. Engage in employment & labor law compliance to ensure all recruiting activities adhere to legal standards. Manage relationships with candidates through effective communication skills, cold calling, and relationship management techniques. Support campus recruitment initiatives, employee orientation programs, and succession planning efforts to foster long-term talent development. Skills Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offers and manage candidate expectations effectively. Expertise in technical recruiting across various roles and industries. Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo; experience with HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos is a plus. Excellent interviewing skills combined with the ability to evaluate talent accurately. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Effective communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with internal teams. Experience in social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding purposes. Familiarity with HR tools such as Paychex, ADP, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce to streamline recruitment workflows. Ability to handle employee relations issues professionally while supporting employee evaluation processes.
