Job Description
We're seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Temporary Recruiting Assistant to support our Recruiting and Onboarding teams. August - October Per diem; approximately 20-30 hours/week with flexibility based on department needs Expected length: 3 Months Key Responsibilities Recruiting Support — Assist with tracking applicants, prescreening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring teams. Onboarding Coordination — Prepare onboarding packets, schedule orientations, communicate pre‑employment requirements, and help new hires complete necessary documentation. HRIS & Documentation — Create and update employee profiles and ensure accuracy of records Cross‑Team Communication — Maintain professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders to support a seamless hiring workflow.
Aptitudes:
Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy Comfort working independently and collaboratively High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism Proficiency with computers; experience with HRIS systems a plus 1+ year of professional work experience; healthcare or recruiting experience preferred
