Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
Assist employees and applicants by addressing inquiries and referring more complex matters to senior HR staff.
Provide Administrative Support:
Perform technical and administrative tasks across various HR functional areas, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.
Ensure Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
Support Recruiting Efforts:
Assist with onboarding processes, and applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes.
Coordinate Benefits Administration:
Aid in open enrollment, tuition reimbursement programs, and auditing of benefits records.
Manage HR Data and Reporting:
Research, compile, and analyze HR data to prepare accurate reports and reconcile discrepancies.
What Sets You Apart Educational Background:
Related coursework beyond high school preferred. Experience in HR or similar administrative roles is highly valued.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software, with the ability to learn quickly.
Organizational Skills:
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Interpersonal Abilities:
Adept at handling sensitive situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with various audiences.

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
