Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support the on-boarding and pre-employment process for new hires across the company. This role is responsible for coordinating pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, new hire communication, and maintaining accurate employee records while delivering a professional and welcoming candidate experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, confidential, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate all pre-employment activities Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation Schedule and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation Ensure completion and accuracy of all onboarding paperwork, including I-9 documentation and E-Verify processing Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in compliance with company policy and legal requirements Communicate with applicants, hiring managers, and store leadership regarding onboarding status and hiring updates Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking Monitor onboarding progress to ensure timely completion before start dates Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Previous administrative, HR, recruiting, or onboarding experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive pay Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for growth and development Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Colony Tire Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
